Text to Give

1. Text any amount to 84321 to give. Standard message and data rates may apply.  We would suggest setting up a new contact in your phone like “VBC Text to Give” and putting the 84321 number as the phone number for that contact name.  Now you don’t have to remember the number code!

2. Once you put in the number to text, simply put the amount you would wish to contribute in the text itself. You can simply put a number down (example “25”). A link will come up in the text and simply click on that link to continue in your giving.

3. When you initiate your FIRST Text-to-Give donation, the system will use your geographical location and your phone number to suggest churches nearby (within 20 miles).  LOOK FOR THE VICTORY BAPTIST CHURCH LOGO or type in our church name.

After choosing a church:

 
  • You’ll be asked to set up a payment method (credit card, debit card, or bank account) for Text-to-Give. YOU ONLY HAVE TO DO THIS ONE TIME ON YOUR FIRST INITIAL TEXT TO GIVE.  After the initial text to give, your payment method will be securely stored for future giving.
  • After the first time setup, all you have to do is send an amount to 84321 anytime you want to give again!
 

4.  Once your text to give is complete, you will receive a text confirming your amount.  You will also receive a RECEIPT of your giving by email.

 

Giving to Different Funds


If you would like to divide your giving into different funds, you can indicate a specific fund by typing the fund name after the donation amount.

For example: “$5 building” or “$10 general”.

You can also split donations between funds in a single text. For example: “$5 to missions and $6 to general.”
