We’re having a great time here at the Reformers’s Unaminous National Conference. The preaching has been great and the spirit is wonderful! I’m looking forward to hearing Dr. Gibbs tonight…I love VBC and am praying for the services there tonight.

It’s Labor Day and to be perfectly honest with you I have done anything but labor! You’re not going to believe this but my wife and I literally laid in bed till AFTER 11:00! Seriously, I can’t remember the last time we did that but it was great. We had the sweetest time however, talking, holding and praying with one another…I love my wife and I love spending time with her like that today. As far as the kids were concerned, we didn’t know what they were doing and the house later told the tale!
We had a good weekend starting off on Friday night eating an incredible steak and enjoying time at one of our church member’s homes…very relaxing.
The boys and I o Saturday had some serious bonding as we went dove hunting together for opening day…not many birds, but good times with my boys!
The spirit of our people was off the charts Sunday and we had some really good services! From the opening choir song to the invitation Sunday night, it was a good day. Sunday morning we had one teen and five adults baptized and Sun evening we had another teen and a child baptized.
Sunday evening we had our Kids Choir program and I think it was one of the best to date. The kids really sang well and I appreciate all the work the directors did.
Seriously, I love serving the Lord at Victory and really love seeing His hand of blessing on us. Thank you, Lord!

I just finished up the outline for what I’ll be teaching at the National Reformer’s Unanimous Conference at the end of the month…I’m very excited about the session! Please pray for the Sosebee’s and Hellums’ sessions as well.
