Pastor Derik Lawrence
Pastor Derik has been pastoring Victory Baptist Church since 2004. Before that, he was the Youth Pastor here at Victory for over 12 years. Pastor loves people, loves our church, and has a vision for World Evangelism. One of Pastor’s great desires is to train leaders of leaders. Derived from 2nd Timothy 2:2, Pastor trains men who, in turn, go out and train other men. Pastor’s vision for this church is God honoring. His desire is to see Jesus magnified and proclaimed each and every day. Pastor has been married to his wife Michelle for over 15 years. They now have 6 children. Cole, Hunter, Malia, Marissa, Mari-Anna, and Drake.

Pastor Derik Lawrence
Assistant Pastor Patrick Henry
Pastor Patrick came on staff in 2006. He serves now as Assistant Pastor. Patrick has a strong burden for discipleship and world evangelism. He leads the Outreach of the church, discipleship of believers, and our missionary efforts. Patrick has been married to Leslie for 7 years now. They have two daughters, Lily (5 years old) and Piper (2 years old).
Assistant Pastor Josh Ayers
Pastor Josh has grown up in the ministry of Victory Baptist Church. He was under the leadership of Pastor Derik in the Youth Group. Pastor Josh came on staff in 2007. He serves as the Youth Pastor. He also leads all student ministries, teaches and coaches in Victory Baptist School, as well as many other ministries. Pastor Josh is a great blessing to the Victory Baptist Church, and a great help to Pastor Derik. Pastor Josh has been married to Sarah for 5 years. They just had their first baby girl, Kaylie.
